He is an expert in diagnostics, selection and fitting of the most sophisticated and discreet hearing aids available today, his experience also includes hearing rehabilitions, auditory processing, assessments and is internationally trained in vestibular and tinnitus management.

In his spare time, Bandale is heavily involved in his children’s sporting interest. Many weekends you will either find him on the sidelines or being the first aid attendant.
A very keen traveler, he has travelled to many countries. One of the highlights both professionally and personally is the time with the Starkey Foundation, fitting hearing aids to the underprivileged Balinese and Vanuatu people. Bandale is now committing time every year to help the disadvantaged. He is a keen Liverpool supporter and he is still celebrating the Richmond Tigers Grand Final win
